A seasoned professional in IT and related fields. His entire professional career was related with IBM, where Matthias worked from 1982 to 2020. He joined IBM as a product engineer, was promoted to the position of a Global Resource Consultant responsible for finding and selecting the best performing software suppliers, and finished working as a Supplier Relationship Manager in charge of  project management for clients from all over the world. In 2020, Matthias retired and devoted his time to his family.
